Greg Geoffroy, President
Greg was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, attended both Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has more than 20 years of experience in all levels of land work, including extensive time in due diligence, large lease acquisitions, title research, pipeline right-of-way and seismic acquisition. Greg has been a Project Manager in 17 States, with long term projects in Louisiana, Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida.
Greg’s involvement in both state and national professional organizations include the following:
American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen (LAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), Professional Landman’s Association of New Orleans (PLANO), Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), Wyoming Associate of Professional Landmen (WAPL), Denver Association of Professional Landmen (DAPL) and North Appalachia Landman Association (NALA). Greg also sits on the AAPL Accreditation Committee.
Elaine Geoffroy, Owner
Elaine has been a resident in Lafayette, Louisiana, for 24 years. Originally from Donaldsonville, Louisiana, she moved to Lafayette to complete her undergraduate degree from University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL). After receiving her degree, she worked full time as a field landman, running title and leasing. Elaine is a Certified Professional Landman with nine years spent working under oil and gas attorneys and later working in-house with a local exploration company. Today, she joins forces with Greg to put their knowledge and experience together to create and offer a unique polished product to their clients.
Greg and Elaine have been married for 22 years, and together raising their three daughters, Abigail, Emily and Camille.
