Greg Geoffroy, Owner
Greg was born and raised in Lafayette, Louisiana, attended both Louisiana State University and the University of Louisiana at Lafayette. He has more than 25 years of experience in all levels of land work, including extensive time in due diligence, large lease acquisitions, title research, pipeline right-of-way and seismic acquisition. Greg has been a Project Manager in 17 States, with long term projects in Louisiana, Colorado, Texas, Wyoming, Pennsylvania, Ohio and Florida.
Greg’s involvement in both state and national professional organizations include the following:
American Association of Professional Landmen (AAPL), Lafayette Association of Professional Landmen (LAPL), Houston Association of Professional Landmen (HAPL), Professional Landman’s Association of New Orleans (PLANO), Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), Wyoming Associate of Professional Landmen (WAPL), Denver Association of Professional Landmen (DAPL) and North Appalachia Landman Association (NALA). Greg also sat on the AAPL Accreditation Committee.
Elaine Geoffroy, Owner
Elaine has been a resident of Lafayette, Louisiana for more than three decades. A native of Donaldsonville, Louisiana, she relocated to Lafayette to pursue her undergraduate studies at the University of Louisiana at Lafayette (ULL), where she earned her degree.
Following graduation, Elaine began her professional career as a field landman specializing in title research and oil and gas leasing. She spent nine years working for oil and gas attorneys, gaining extensive experience in title examination and regulatory matters. She later continued her career in-house with an exploration company, further expanding her expertise in land management and energy operations.
In 2016, Elaine partnered with Greg to combine their collective knowledge and industry experience. Together, they established a company focused on providing clients with a refined, detail-oriented product with the highest level of professional service.
